How do I book a treatment?

You can book via Fresha using the link at the bottom of this page. A £20 deposit is required to secure your slot, which will be deducted from your treatment cost.

Where are you based?

I am a home-based clinic. The full address will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

Do treatments hurt?

No, all treatments are non-invasive and designed to be comfortable. You may feel warmth during RF, or a light tingling with microcurrent or high frequency, but nothing painful.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your skin goals. Many clients see results after one treatment, but for long-lasting improvements, a course of 4-6 sessions is recommended.

Can I wear makeup afterwards?

It’s best to avoid makeup for 24 hours after your treatment to let your skin fully benefit.

Do you treat acne-prone skin?

Yes, I offer targeted acne-clearing facials, including high-frequency and LED light therapy to reduce breakouts and calm inflammation.

Is there downtime?

Most treatments have little to no downtime. You may experience slight redness, which usually fades within a few hours.

Are your facials safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, all treatments are tailored to your skin type and concerns. I’ll carry out a consultation before your first session to ensure your treatment is safe and suitable.

Can men book treatments too?

No, females only.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card and bank transfer are accepted, packages or courses must be prepaid or agreed in advance.

POLICIES

BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

- All treatments are by appointment only.
- A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from your treatment cost.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete consultation forms and settle in.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no shows”), will result in the deposit being retained.

LATE ARRIVALS

- If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the deposit will be lost.

HEALTH AND CONSULTATIONS

- A consultation form must be completed prior to your first treatment.
- Certain health and skin conditions may mean treatments cannot be carried out. Please disclose all relevant medical information honestly.
- Alumora Tech Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe to proceed.

AFTERCARE AND RESULTS

- Results vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and number of sessions. • - Aftercare advice will be provided for each treatment. Please follow carefully for the best outcome.
- No refunds will be issued for treatments where results vary, as outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

PAYMENTS

- Remaining balances are payable on the day of treatment by cash, card, or bank transfer.
- Package bookings must be paid upfront or as agreed.
